Workspaces let teams organise projects together, and real-time collaboration lets multiple people edit the same scene at once.

Workspaces

A workspace is a shared home for projects that a team can access together, rather than projects living under a single personal account. Use workspaces to keep a team's work organised in one place.

Real-time collaboration

With collaboration, more than one person can be in the same project at the same time, seeing each other's changes live as they happen — similar to collaborating in a modern document editor, but for 3D scenes.

Availability

Workspaces and real-time collaboration are part of the Prism plan (and included in Perpetual). Prism is priced per seat, so each team member who needs access has a seat. See Plans & pricing.

Tips

• Put shared team projects in a workspace from the start, so everyone has access without re-sharing.
• Collaboration is ideal for reviews — bring a teammate into the scene and make changes together instead of trading exports back and forth.
