Managing your subscription
You manage your plan and payment details from your account settings in the app.
Upgrading
You can upgrade at any time — from the editor or from your account settings, open the plan options and choose a plan. When you upgrade an existing subscription, any unused time on your current plan is credited toward the new one, so you only pay the difference.
Switching between monthly and yearly
You can switch billing interval when changing plans. Yearly is billed once a year at a lower effective monthly rate; the exact figures are on the pricing page.
Payment methods
Payments are handled securely by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record — they process the payment, and calculate and remit any applicable VAT or local sales tax for you. Facet never stores your full card details.
Invoices & receipts
Your billing history and invoices are available in your account settings, where you can download receipts for your records.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it returns to Free — your projects and work are kept.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll let you know and retry over a short grace period so a temporary card issue doesn't immediately interrupt your access. Updating your payment method resolves it.
